Ho parcheggiato la macchina al giovedì mattina. Al ritiro dell'auto, sabato pomeriggio, ho trovato il parabrezza anteriore con una grossa riga. Preciso che all'entrata non c'era nessun segno sul parabrezza. Mi è stato detto di compilare un modulo per il reclamo e che avrebbero controllato dalle immagini registrate dalla telecamera all'ingresso se la riga fosse già presente all'arrivo nel parcheggio. Dopo 20 giorni e varie telefonate, sono stato liquidato dicendomi che il parcheggio non prevede rimborsi per questi danni. Si sono comportati in maniera molto scorretta. Lo sconsiglio.
